Jens Stoltenberg Instagram – The bust of Thorvald, my father, in Kirkenes, Norway, was unveiled in 2006, in appreciation of his efforts on the Barents cooperation. As Norway’s then Minister of Foreign Affairs, he initiated the cooperation in the spirit that prevailed at the end of the Cold War. Now it also marks the need for a warmer and more inclusive society through a scarf campaign by The Church City Mission. He would have appreciated it.
