Occasionally, we’ll see an elephant walking around the town neighborhood blessing kids with its trunk (for a small fee of course). The traffic will come to a standstill and feral dogs will be barking from a safe distance. I still remember the heaviness of the trunk on my head when I got blessed 🙂

When I was a kid, dim lights scared me far more than darkness, especially wall sconces (lamp) that created creepy light and shadow patterns on the wall. I used to see figures in those patterns watching me and keeping me up at night. I still remember a wall sconces from my grandma’s house that terrified me. This is my best representation of that lamp.

Based on a scary dream I had a few months back- A person (whom I am certain is dead) is sitting in the living room of a friend’s house! I ask my friend how he’s alive. He tells me that he visits them occasionally, just sits there quietly and leaves. Then I realize there are details on his face missing, like his eyes looked white and cloudy. He then starts disappearing little by little. Everyone was minding their own business like nothing weird was happening. The end.
