Home Actress Aparnaa Bajpai HD Photos and Wallpapers November 2020 Aparnaa Bajpai Instagram - I have learnt from small yoga schools to renowned yoga teachers. I have studied Hatha to Ashtanga to Iyenger to Vinyasa and to different schools of thoughts within these forms. And lemme tell you one thing. Every school will have a different way to approach asanas and even a different way to comprehend the sutras. What I learnt from my beloved Sivananda teacher @yogwithkrishna & from my last visit to @kaivalyadhama , that an Asana is an Asana only when performed slow and held for longer. You don’t push yourself beyond the point of ease and stability. What I learnt from my favoritest @rameshshetty_yoga_shala within movement is meditation. Go slow just like the breath and with time you’ll master the breath and the Asana. What I learnt from @iyengaryogaofficial classes, every Body is different and you adjust and align according to different bodies. What your Asana looks like in your body might be very different from mine. What I learnt from @kashishyoga and @nitin_chotwani Life is too short to be serious, just relax and learn whatever makes sense to you and slowly you’ll find your own path. What I took back from all these teachings: you can adapt & access yoga with passion and dedication. What you can not do is change the fundamentals & basics of yoga. Hence: the answer is Yoga Sutras. Like Buddha said listen to all, study all but find the answer within. Reading the Sutras is the best Swadhyaya one can practice and the best teacher one can find. 🕉 Chandigarh, India
