For too long, the climate crisis and environmental issues have been miscommunicated, and Summer is working to change that. Her work focuses on empowering people to take meaningful, systemic actions to dismantle these broken systems of White supremacy, political corruption, and climate breakdown. With a Bachelor’s degree in #environmental studies, and a background in #RenewableEnergy, Summer aims to continue doing work in the renewable energy world, because she understands that we can’t have a sustainable future unless we have a #JustTransition to a renewable energy economy.
