Shannon Lucio Instagram – Challenge accepted. When I was younger, I didn’t want to be a girl. I thought being female meant that I was limited in what I could do, how high I could climb, how powerful I could ultimately be. I hated the idea that women were different from men and tried to prove to myself and society that I was the exception. Now that I’m an adult steering the ship of my own life, I realize that women are indeed different from men, and the world is better for that difference. I am not limited. I, and every other woman, possess knowledge and strength and skills men never will, and I am grateful to get the chance to bring those uniquely feminine qualities to light for all to see and benefit from.
