Stef Dawson Instagram – This thanksgiving is heartbreaking for so many. I’m thankful for my sister’s life today, in the midst of another hard new milestone without her. 10th August was my sister’s birthday, the first without her. I was too sad to put this picture up that day but I felt the urge to today, this was a year ago on her birthday, so grateful I got to spend it with her.
My sister Julia was as incredibly beautiful on the inside as she was on the outside.
Some days are so hard, I don’t understand anything, why this had to happen, I’ll never make sense of it all. Today I’m trying to hold on to gratitude, that I got to be her sister, in this life and the next. Eternally grateful for that 🙏🏻
Hold everyone you love so tight today and every day. Be thankful for every moment you get with your loved ones, even when things get tough, be quick to forgive during these times, it is so so precious. I’m thankful to all of those who have supported me during the darkest time of my life, not one kind word is lost on me, I love you all. To those who are struggling today, grieving, sick or lonely, you’re in my heart and you’re not alone. I’m thankful for all of you out there, sending love ♥️🙏🏻
