I found this beautiful rack of lamb… butchered it… marinated the chops, for four hours, in Olive Oil, Dijon Mustard, Rosemary, Thyme, Garlic, Salt, and Pepper… made a fire… while the fire was preparing, I made a Caesar Salad… restaurant style. Anchovies et al! And roasted some broccoli with olive oil, salt, pepper and roughly chopped garlic… when the fire was ready, grilled the chops, and ate! Hope you had a good Saturday night!
