Jason Priestley Instagram – OK… so last night… day 301? Of captivity? I found this beautiful rack of lamb… butchered it… marinated the chops, for four hours, in Olive Oil, Dijon Mustard, Rosemary, Thyme, Garlic, Salt, and Pepper… made a fire… while the fire was preparing, I made a Caesar Salad… restaurant style. Anchovies et al! And roasted some broccoli with olive oil, salt, pepper and roughly chopped garlic… when the fire was ready, grilled the chops, and ate!
