I decided to kick off the new year with a new project so I made baklava! I’ve always wanted to make it and boy was it rewarding. Now, I get to have baklava around to eat but I also have a deeper appreciation for all the work that goes into making it which will make every future bite of it that I have that much sweeter. ⁣
