Home Actress Lisa Ray Instagram Photos and Posts – February 2021 Part 1 Lisa Ray Instagram - Posted @withregram • @shreshisinghart Zara hatke, zara bachke, ye hai Bombay meri jaan... I once met a Sufi (probably back from playing lawn tennis) lost in conversation with an NRI from London, a sleeping man (perhaps resting before starting a tiring day), a chai wala and two lovers on bandstand. Nothing extraordinary just the things that happen in Bombay! Nothing dividing them in that moment, just them combined by human spirit. This painting is my effort to create a visual metaphor inspired by the first morning on bandstand when I last visited Bombay. I kept hearing the sound of crows cawing mixed with the sound of gentle morning breeze coming from the sea while painting this—can you hear what I’m talking about? you can probably smell it too if you have ever been to bandstand in the morning! Print releasing soon in my online shop.

Lisa Ray Instagram – Nothing particularly interesting to say. I’m leaving it all for the page (second book in progress and that’s more than enough pressure)
I do, however, want to share that I play 80s New Wave and let my clothes do the talking when the kids are away and I am surrounded by the shrapnel and sum of my present: art, toddler potties and a neon heart.
Art @dhruviacharya
Neckpiece @mona_shroff_jewellery
Toddler potty @wallmartusa 😂

Rithika Merchant’s ‘Birth of a New World’ opens this Thursday, just in time for @mumbai_gallery_weekend 2021!

In this new series of watercolours and collages, @rithikamerchant focuses on the contemporary moment. With nature continuing to play a vital role in her works, Rithika invites us to ponder the age-old questions of what is deemed worthy of saving and how do we strike a balance? Is there a possibility of a utopia or are we chasing after the unattainable? What will we take with us and what gets left behind?
