Bradley Wiggins Instagram – Thought I’d share my dumbbell chest workout I’ve put together with the aim to blast the chest muscle group in different ranges of movements, aiming for high reps v rest RVP (Russian volume training) 10 reps one min rest. All knocked out in 30 mins and been a real help in lockdown and post Xmas in establishing a routine and some daily structure in getting back to better levels of fitness for 2021 – and approaching turning 41 this year! All exercises are done with dumbbells for those who do not have access to a gym at the moment!
Bench press x 5 for 10 reps
Incline press x 5 for 10 reps
Incline flys x 5 for 10 reps
Cross overs x 5 for 10 reps
Deep body weight press-up on knees
