Bradley Wiggins Instagram – It’s taken me a few days to articulate the overwhelming feeling of emotion I’ve felt from the number of messages I’ve had following my Podcast from a few days ago.
In which I opened up about aspects of my life that I’ve only started to understand in self reflection stemming from my desire to strive to be the best version of myself that represents my values and traits.
This isn’t about being perfect and self righteous or thinking I’ll never have moments or periods again where I’ll become a Pratt and wish I’d handled events differently! But the realisation that life is not always going to be easy and there are always lessons to learn from and improve.
Using my podcast as platform to voice and acknowledge past events has been liberating and rewarding!
My sincere thanks to everyone who took the time to message me and I am truly touched at some of the stories people have been kind enough to share and I consider that a privilege to be able to hear other people’s stories. As underneath we are all the same and I can only say that as hard as talking about it is, finding the courage to speak makes it a little bit easier!
