It has been different times for all of us since the pandemic started last year. We all have been so consumed with technology, social media, video calls and many more. I thought it would be interesting to take up the digital detox challenge by Washington Apples #WashingtonApplesDigitalDetox where for one hour every evening the only ‘App’ for me is the Washington ‘App’le. It’s been so rewarding and refreshing. I use this time offline to connect with myself, prepare a healthy dish for family with the yummiest Washington Apples, catch up on my reading and much more.
