Today I thought I’d share my fave juice recipes with all of you 🌞 1- carrot/orange/ginger/turmeric 🥕🥕🍊🍊This is a tried & tested winning combo of superfoods, especially great for when you have a cold. All that vitamin C, ginger & turmeric really kicks in ! 2- celery/cucumber/green apple 🥬🥒🍏 this is a super cleanse for your system, especially after a night of junk food 🤢the green apple balances out the taste of celery so all’s well that ends well ! 3- whey protein/blueberry/chia seeds 🫐🥛technically a shake not a juice, this is reserved for days that I work out. I use Impact Whey protein (vanilla flavor), a handful of frozen blueberries & a teaspoon of chia seeds, and viola ! It’s YUM & a great post-workout shake☺️ 4- papaya/dragonfruit/pomegranate fruit bowl 🥣 this is my mid-week jam, cos I’m not a fan of papaya juice 😬and I like to balance out the squishy papaya with the crunchy pomegranate, and dragon fruit has an almost neutral taste, so it levels things out 5- pure canteloupe juice 🍈 this one is reserved for weekends and when I’m too lazy to do juice prep 🙈 Just halve the melon, scoop out the seeds, spoon the fruit into a blender and that’s it ! It’s so yum & hydrating, especially in the summer ! I store my canteloupe in the fridge so I get a nice cold beverage 🥶 So there you have it ! Last weekend, I had the opportunity to visit the lovely Guru Nanak college campus in Velachery, Chennai. It was such a heart-warming experience & here’s why… 
 
The Guru Nanak society in association with the Commando Force of the TN Police, have taken up this lovely initiative of providing freshly cooked, hygienic meals to healthcare providers in the five main government hospitals of Chennai. I personally witnessed the cooking & packing of these meals. I cannot tell you how much this warmed my heart ❤️ 

Our healthcare workers are under so much stress, risking their lives to care for #covid patients. It’s time we all did our bit to show our care & concern for them! 

I’m going to do all I can to raise funds for this initiative, and I urge all of you to do the same 🙏🏻 the bank details are available on the last slide. Every donation, no matter how small will be appreciated🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
