Serah D’Laine Instagram – You wanna change the conversation in a room? Then bring the feminine in….. if you speak Woo, bring the divine feminine in.
And before you almost trip, I didn’t say bring a woman, mI said feminine. The higher HER in all, no matter what gender or non-binary you choose.

Ending out Women’s History Month strong with highlighting the top feminine qualities of great leaders (man, woman or non-binary)

✨ Empathy: Being sensitive to the thoughts and feelings of others.
✨ Vulnerability: Owning up to one’s limitations and asking for help.
✨ Humility: Seeking to serve others and to share credit.
✨ Inclusiveness: Soliciting and listening to many voices.
✨ Generosity: Being liberal with time, contacts, advice, and support.
✨ Balance: Giving life, as well as work, its due.
✨ Patience: Taking a long-term view.

Any potential resistance or struggle with these traits, will only have you hitting personal plateaus, keeping you from leading as you whole potential….. has you stumbling in your stilettos on the way to the top. But when you can connect the heart head in coherence, you set yourself
