Vanessa Marcil Instagram – Ass update- I haven’t worked out in almost two weeks but I have @scottloganflex scheduled for today so I’m already mind fucking myself & trying to come up with excuses to cancel. Here’s what my brain came up with so far…I’m so upset today. Upset stomach, dealing with fucking internal work regarding people pleasing, relationships and the ongoing work of setting healthy boundaries and then (because I’m a woman) feeling like my boundaries are being turned into “you are difficult” or you are “too tough” even while I state my boundaries calmly & kindly. God forbid I get upset at all while setting them even when there is pushback and/or manipulation. You better be like a female Buddha or male fragility will label you a “bitch” In the meantime…. I feel as if I watch men set boundaries for themselves quite bluntly and get labeled strong and smart. A man who “knows what he wants” Even in our evolving society I still feel the labels put on women and how much we have to go out of our way to not celebrate ourselves TOO much and to be overly kind and calm lest we be called crazy…. In the meantime our men, even our good ones, simply go to work or feed the dog and we act like they are saints even though we do that shit and 100 other things on the daily. Am I just pmsing? 😜 Should I cancel Scott?
