Vanessa Marcil Instagram – Ass update- didn’t workout for 12 years, started, stopped, started and I’ll stop again. I love my body either way. I celebrate my body at every size & shape. That’s 100 from never cancelling my “inside” work apts with my therapist. Same therapist for 30 years and my son sees her too. Change your brain, destroy old family tapes you’ve been telling yourself and the body love will follow but in the meantime…I’m sore AF but didn’t cancel this week cause honestly…haters got me pumped.
