Ashwin Kakumanu Instagram – Truly one day is not enough to celebrate mother’s.I’ve been fortunate enough to constantly be surrounded by strong women in my family, women who have seen so much adversity and yet risen above it with a silent strength and ferocity, all the while being loving and caring. Situations that would break most people’s spirit and yet they endure and care for us at home while also working toward their own goals and passions or out of just pure survival spirit. If the lockdown has taught me anything, its just how difficult that balance is. I’ve seen it time and time again and all the women in these photos are symbolic of courage,love,kindness,intelligence,talent and hard work. That’s all together,no simple feat. I only wish I could somehow have all of them close to me, this year has been so hard for everyone in not being able to be with our loved ones. Those lucky enough to be under the same roof, give your mothers, grandmother’s and your loved one’s a long bear hug!
