Home Actress Chyler Leigh HD Instagram Photos and Wallpapers June 2021 Chyler Leigh Instagram - I know this picture might seem a little odd to post because you can’t see either my or @melissabenoist ‘s face, but it captures a moment last year I will never forget. This wasn’t taken during a rehearsal or on set. This was taken in my home. This was a night when I desperately needed a hug. This was when I was so low, I asked for help when gathering any courage to do so is something that is terribly hard for me to do in the first place. But this right here is a perfect example of the woman Melissa is. It was a FULL work day for her (hence her “Kara” ponytail) and she (and Katie McGrath - 📸 credit here, whom I absolutely adore and am so grateful for) came to my house with a couple bottles of wine and we just hugged and cried it out. She’s a woman with a heart so big, compassion so great, she can - and absolutely will - change the world for better. She is as bright a light as there ever could be and has always helped guide me through darker times. I’ve learned SO much from her. I’ve watched her fight through some of the toughest moments in her life and I’ve never seen someone come out the other side with such grace and determination and bravery to help encourage others to do the same. What else can I say? I love this girl. Happy birthday, Sis. You are an angel and a gift to this world. You sure have been one for me 👯‍♀️ PS... the striped shirt scenario was not planned. Sisters... ya know what I mean?

Chyler Leigh Instagram – Today is #WorldMentalHealthDay. A day dedicated to coming together to support people living with and impacted by mental health conditions.

You don’t need to be a professional advocate or mental health expert to help create change for yourself and your community. I’ve partnered with @bevocal.speakup to create this list of ways that you can start conversations about and take action for mental health:

– Vote! Voting in both local and national elections is an amazing way to use your voice to support candidates who will advocate for protecting mental health services and access.
– Speak up for mental health on social media. I’ve talked about this A LOT these past few months, but it remains so very important. Keeping it real, using thoughtful language and imagery, and lifting others up on social media can go a long way in creating a safer online space for yourself and others.
– Advocate for a mentally healthier workplace environment: Be Vocal partners @namicommunicate and @nationalcouncil have incredible resources on their websites around creating a stigma-free and supportive workplace culture – no matter what your workplace looks like!
– Check in with your friends and family about their mental health. It may seem like a small thing, but texting or FaceTiming a loved one and simply asking, “How are you?” or “How are things going lately?” can go a really long way. It can even change someone’s life.
– Visit BeVocalSpeakUp.com for more ideas on how to speak up for mental health.

Remember: change starts with you. Change starts with all of us. How will you advocate for mental health?

Chyler Leigh Instagram – It’s hard not to feel pressure to post that super-filtered, superhero version of yourself on #socialmedia. I know I do. Social media, and Instagram in particular, is so much about presenting your best self and best life – but we all know that only showing that “perfect” content isn’t the full story, and can make you and others feel not-so-good.

Don’t be afraid to show that life isn’t picture-perfect – there is power in authenticity. By being open about who you are, and about your experiences and what you believe in, you are sending a message that it’s ok to get “real” – and it can empower others to do the same. As we have all seen recently, #socialmedia is a powerful tool that can create real change. I’m proud to work with @bevocal.speakup to help make social media a healthier and safer space by continuing to share my story and advocate for #mentalhealth.

I want to hear from you. How will you make social media a healthier environment? And if you’re looking for tips, head to @bevocal.speakup and explore their amazing resources on this and so much more.
