Huge congratulations to Ahmad! Ahmad has been working as a florist after arriving into the UK six years ago following a gruelling eight month journey from Syria.
He’s worked hard, improved his English, studied and won a place at university – all whilst supporting his family both here in the UK and back in Syria.
Today all his incredible hard work has paid off. He’s just found out that he’s achieved a first class honours degree in Computer Forensics from Manchester Metropolitan University. 👏👏👏👏
This is what happens when refugees are able to reach safety and flourish. #RefugeesWelcome.
