Payal Rohatgi Instagram – #Seditionlaws का ग़ैर इस्तेमाल नहीं करना चाहिए जैसे #Criminallaws का किया जाता है Bharat के अंदर।आपसी रंजिश को छुपाने के लिए यानी आपके और मेरे विचार एक नहीं है इसलिए आपको सामने वाले के ऊपर ग़लत इल्ज़ाम लगाकर क़ानून का इस्तेमाल करके उसे jail भिजवाना ग़लत है। Manipur ke एक activist के साथ ऐसा ही हुआ।उन्होंने एक बयान दिया BJP के president कि मृत्युं के बाद कि कैसे ‘Cow Urine और Cow Dung’ उसे बचा नहीं पाए। ये उनकी निजी सोच थी और निजी सोच व्यक्त करने का उन्हें Bharat के संविधान ने हक़ दिया है। ये एक्टिविस्ट की रिहाई Supreme court ने करी Justice Chandrachud के फ़ैसले पर जो एक सही फ़ैसला था क्योंकि BJP president के ख़िलाफ़ भी बयान देने का हक़ है Bharat के नागरिक को चाहे वो Manipur में हो या Gujarat के अंदर और किसी को भी भारतीय नागरिक से सविधान द्वारा दिए गए उनके अभिव्यक्ति की आज़ादी छीनने का अधिकार नहीं।#payalrohatgi
Payal Rohatgi Instagram – Bharat की बच्चे Bharat का भविष्य हैं परंतु आज भी Bharat के बच्चों का इस्तेमाल किया जाता है उनके biological माता पिता द्वारा अपना निजी फ़ायदा निकालने में।ग़रीब बच्चे आज भी रास्तों पर भीख माँगते हुए दिखाई दिए जाते हैं और उनके माता पिता उनसे ये करवाते हैं क्योंकि बच्चों द्वारा वो तो पैसे कमा कर अपना दो समय का खाना खाना चाहते हैं। इनमें से कुछ माँ-बाप काम कर सकते हैं परंतु उन्हें काम नहीं करना और बच्चों का इस्तेमाल करते हैं पैसे कमाने के लिए और वो उनसे ख़ुद भीख मंगवाते हैं। दूसरी ओर आप देखते हैं कि किस प्रकार से middle class परिवार या अमीर परिवार भी अपने बच्चों का इस्तेमाल करता है कभी कबार निजी रंजिश कोई दूसरे व्यक्ति के साथ settle करने के लिए, POSCO act लगाने के लिए या और कुछ करके जिस प्रकार से उनकी निजी रंजिश में उन्हें फ़ायदा हो। कुछ बच्चों को बचपन से दूसरे धर्म के ख़िलाफ़ किया जाता है कि वो बच्चे बचपन में suicide bombers बन जाने के लिए तैयार हो जाते हैं या बड़े होकर suicide bombers बन जाते हैं। CAA protests मैं छोटे बच्चों का इस्तेमाल किया गया Modi जी के ख़िलाफ़ नफ़रत फैलाने में ये कहकर कि इन बच्चों को इस देश से निकालने का agenda है CAA क़ानून।इन बच्चों को ये ख़बर उनके माँ बाप ने दी ? या उनके माँ बाप के दोस्तों ने दी ? जो उम्र में बड़े थे तो इस प्रकार से बच्चों का इस्तेमाल करना उनके दिमाग़ में नफ़रत डालना और नफ़रत के भिज को पनपते देख ना बोहोत ही नासमझी है माँ- बाप द्वारा। भगवान ऐसे माँ-बाप को सधबुद्धि दे 🙏 #payalrohatgi @sscfindia
