Shakthisree Gopalan Instagram – It’s strange how sometimes it feels like time is standing still and moving so fast at the same time. I don’t know if this sounds random but that’s been a very common feeling for me over the last several months. All of last year has been overwhelming to say the least. I know I have been MIA for a minute, but some much needed tlc was in order. :) I’m figuring things out one step at a time and learning new things everyday. To all of you humans who have reached out and checked in on me, sent thoughtful emails, dms, love and good vibes, shared songs I’ve sung and posted kind words and messages of your love and appreciation – You have no idea how much this means to me – thank you ♥️ Long story short – I have been working on a bunch of things – some totally new and some are things that I’ve been wanting to do for a long long time now. I’ve been working on some new music that I hope to share soon enough and some covers that have been on my wish list for quite some time. There is this one song that I have been in love with for the longest time – I’m going to share a cover of this a little later this evening and I hope you enjoy it.
