Cherry Valentine Instagram – The track “Iconic”, along with the visuals are a direct lead on from my first single “Aesthetic”. In the opening scene of Iconic, the box has tipped over and I’m trying to escape, while feeling a new form of freedom with my own creativity.
Aesthetic was all about being submerged into your own creativity, looking into yourself to understand who you are and embracing it, but even that can feel like it has its limits, and even that can sometimes feel like you’re putting yourself into a box by trying to think outside of it. So what happens when that box tips over and everything spills out? Does the box still exist? Does anything ever really exist?
