One of my oldest and dearest friends @jeff_hurkett was flying in from canada to hang out for the weekend. On the way to the airport to pick him up , I got a last-minute audition for the monologue that you’re watching. My rep told me “it had to be on tape that day by end of day.” Driving home from the airport , I asked jeff to read the lines with me …. everything clicked
