Our Lady J Instagram – Thank you to the Television Academy voters who brought some Emmy love to Pose. I’m honored to be nominated alongside my colleagues, not only as a producer, but as a writer this year. I’ll always feel grateful that I was able to bring a little light into some of the darkest moments of my life by writing them into Pose. I wasn’t alone with my HIV diagnosis when Pray Tell and Ricky were experiencing it with me. Same with my hospital visits, stigma, rejection, and fear of dying. Most importantly to me, my survival story is now one that I share with Blanca. Thank you to everyone who contributed to delivering these stories to the screen. We did that.
