Our Lady J Instagram – When we argue that society should accept us because we are “born this way,” we reinforce the Puritanical belief that choosing nontraditional gender expression or sexuality is inherently evil, and that we deserve whatever punishment comes our way if we stray from “God’s plan.” As we approach pride month, let’s emphasize the importance of freedom of choice. We can choose to fuck whomever we want, however we want. We can choose to express gender as we please, including body modification and adornment. Reject Puritanism. Celebrate choice.
