Sonal Chauhan Instagram – You guys have often asked me to share my skin care tips. I’ve always believed that the best make up one can wear is a healthy skin. Some of the things I do to keep my skin healthy are * stay positive and avoid stress * Stay hydrated * 8 hours of sleep 😴 💯 * Fresh fruits and vegetable juices * Put Ice on my face before I moisture 🧊 * Sunscreen * Stay away from chemicals as much as possible ❌ * Keep my skin moisturised (since I have dry skin) * Yoga/Breathing exercises 🧘‍♀️ * Use homemade face packs 🍃🍉🍏 * Laugh a lot 😆 * Be in love 😻 ( we glow differently when we’re in love ) Despite of all this, I have good and bad skin days.
