Payal Rohatgi Instagram – Kashmiri भाषा में अगर कश्मीर के अंदर property बेचने के कागज़ात बने जो kashmiri भाषा kashmir में property ख़रीदने वाले व्यक्तियों को पता नहीं हो तो फिर ये deals के अंदर भ्रष्टाचार और ग़लत चीज़ें हो सकती हैं ।

मैं इसलिए कह रही हूँ क्यूंकि Article 370 निकलने के बाद अब कोई भी भारतीय kashmir के अंदर ज़मीन ख़रीद सकता है और अपना धंधा चालू कर सकता है । अगर ये सारे कागज़ात kashmiri भाषा में बनाए गए ना कि Hindi या अंग्रेज़ी भाषा में जो काफ़ी हद तक सारे भारतीय लोग जानते हैं तो इन property deals में ग़लत चीज़ें हो सकती है।

मैंने Gujarat और Maharashtra में देखा है कि जब वहाँ की regional भाषाओं में सरकारी काग़ज़ात और वकीलों के काग़ज़ात और ज़मीनों के कागज़ात बनाए जाते हैं वैसे अगर kashmir में हुआ तो और ग़लत फ़हमी फैलेगी।

Smriti Irani जी अलग अलग भाषाएँ बोल सकती है क्योंकि वो एक अच्छी अदाकारा हैं मगर एक आम आदमी अपना रोज़गार कमाए या भाषाओं को याद करे अगर उसे धंधा करना है ??? उसे धंधा उस भाषा में करना है जिस भाषा को वो जानता है इसलिए मैं चाहती हूँ कि हमारी केंद्र सरकार पूरे भारत में Hindi और English को official भाषा रखें और वो भाषा में सारे public और Legal कागज़ात बनाए जाए सबसे पहले और फिर states की मातृभाषा में उन्हें ट्रांसलेट किया जाए। यह बहुत ज़्यादा ज़रूरी है भ्रष्टाचार को ख़त्म करने के लिए भी। #payalrohatgi
