I just recently incorporated this [gifted] @higherdose PEMF infrared grounding mat in my wellness routine and it is everythingggg🤩
I use it to ease my chronic pain and promote my body’s own recovery process. But it also helps to improve sleep, soothe the nervous system and just relax! I honestly haven’t been this pumped to use a product in a while and use it multiple times a day!
Right now we’re living in an apartment while we renovate our home. I’m not able to just walk outside barefoot and lay in the grass so this is a perfect substitute.
