Happy Sunday guys! 🖤 Wanted to share these Productivity Hacks that have really helped me work more efficiently! 🙌
Today’s a great day to set your intentions for the coming week. Here goes:
1) Start by making a to-do list:
Make a list of all the things you need to get done, even if it’s in random order.
2) Access your management apps to organise the week better:
Choose the right project management apps & prioritise your tasks in order of importance.
3) Keep non-work calls to a minimum:
Try to avoid non-work conversations while you’re working. You can always request your friends to call you back later.
4) Take short breaks to avoid burnout:
Work in short non-stop bursts. But don’t forget to take breaks in-between while sipping on your favourite beverage to hydrate and revitalise yourself to get more done.
5) Delete distracting apps for the time being:
It’s a good idea to delete apps that are distracting you from completing your tasks. You can always download them again later. I do this all the time!

I’ve always experimented with different workout styles to see what works best for me. And while there is a lot of information out there to help maximise your workouts, there’s a whole lot of misinformation too! Here are 4 of the biggest fitness myths I hear all the time:
1) Weight training = getting bulky:
False. You’re not going to bulk up just by lifting weights. There are so many other factors involved in the process like diet & nutrition, that play a major role. Weight training done correctly with a balanced nutrition plan, can enhance, tone and sculpt muscle to make you look sharper and fitter!
2) Exercise machines are better than free weights.
False. Free weights work multiple muscles at a time and promote functional fitness and therefore, are better for building muscle in the long-run.
3) Muscle is converted to fat if it’s not worked on:
False. Muscle is made of protein, while fat comprises lipids. So chemically, they can’t convert from one to another. What actually happens though, is that muscle tone decreases if you stop doing weights.
4) Working out for less than an hour isn’t beneficial:
False. Short slots of high-intensity workouts are just as effective. It’s all about quality rather than quantity. Even if you exercise for 20-25 minutes daily, you can achieve great results over time.
