Lawrence Duran Instagram – Quick Pickled Onions
1 red onion
1/3 cup rice vinegar
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/2 lime juice
1 Tbsp oregano
1 tsp chili flakes
1/2 tsp salt
Thinly slice onion
Combine remaining ingredients
Place into a mason jar or air tight container and refrigerate until ready to use
I put these on absolutely everything!!
