2 lbs flank or skirt
1 Tbsp oregano
1 Tbsp cumin
1 Tbsp adobo blend
1 Tbsp tomato paste
1 28oz can fire roasted tomatoes
1 green bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
2 Roma tomatoes
1 medium onion
1 lime (juice)
6 garlic cloves
1/4 cup pimento stuffed olives
2 bay leaves
2 cups beef or chicken broth
1 cup white wine
