Jana Lee Hamblin Instagram – This self tape is one that I did in one take. I wanted to challenge myself as if I were in the casting room.
The other thing was that we had only about 3 minutes to shoot it so we did it as quickly as possible!
I learned that urgency helps my work and that sometimes one take, the first take, is my best!
You can check out the other #selftapemay auditions I did on my @selftapejanalee page if you’d like.
I know I’ve said it before yet I will reiterate… this experience was INVALUABLE to me. I loved it so much! I started on May the 11th because I still wasn’t convinced that I wanted to do it- now I can’t wait for next year… in fact, I am going to continue to practice this month too!
Thanks again @audreyhelpsactorspodcast/ @audreyscoresmoore for this amazing challenge!
And thank you @hannahbarefoot @selftapehannah @amberstonebrakr
and @rachaelperrellfosketselftapes for encouraging me along the way!!
Sending each and every one of you so much love. ❤️ | Posted on 04/Jun/2021 21:22:43
