Ganesh Chaturthi is one of my favourite festivals and I really missed celebrating it at home last year… Was part of the Aarti via FaceTime!
I’m so glad to be back this year, healthier and stronger, celebrating with my family. I truly believe if there’s faith, it reflects more on the inside…in the dialogue between you and your God… so don’t lose that essence. Once again, we’ve taken the route of bringing an eco-friendly Ganesha & we’ll also immerse the Lord in our home 🙏🏻 May this Ganesh Chaturthi bring health, happiness and new beginnings to everyone, and may we all have the strength to overcome the obstacles that come our way.
सर्वांना गणेश चतुर्थीच्या शुभेच्छा. 😄

We are all in this together, as one community, one nation, one world. It was such an amazing feeling to hear and participate in the sound of unity.
Our utmost gratitude to the medical community, police force, sanitation workers, grocers, delivery staff for fighting for us.
#InThisTogether so let’s do our bit and #StayHome #StaySafe.

I’m so honoured
to join the Organ Donation Initiative by the Kokilaben Hospital and The Times of India.
This is such an important initiative, especially since deceased organ donation is still has very low numbers in India even today. According to a survey, in India, every year about
500,000 people die because of the non-availability of organs.
There are so many challenges around this such as a huge lack of awareness, fear, misconceptions, lack of proper medical infrastructure, so initiatives like this are very important to raise awareness, answer unasked questions and more importantly to address the emotions of the donor families sensitively.
I would like to commend Mrs. Tina Ambani and the leadership team of the Times of India for continuing to support initiatives that are helping to change perceptions and bring a spotlight to this much needed subject.

#WaybackWednesday… it’s the 90s hair baby! 🙈
During the course of my conversations with other moms, I discovered that the constant pressure to know everything sometimes acts as a deterrent to the well-being of our children. For that reason, @allout ®️’s #MujheSabNahiPata resonated with me on a primal level, as it emphasized that mothers should never be afraid to ask for help and accept that she doesn’t know everything. Parenting is a collective effort and we can learn so much from each other. There have often been times, when I wanted someone to answer my questions and aid me in taking better care of my child.
Well, now there is someone, who will answer the queries related to dengue. In a bid to combat the threat of dengue and spread more awareness, All Out®️ has launched an online helpline that will help mothers get answers to their dengue-related questions. As they proudly admit #IDidntKnow, moms will now have easy access to expert advice at their fingertips.

There is a lot of misinformation and miscommunication out there about the spread of #Coronavirus through animals and pets. What’s happening because of this is heartbreaking.
Health experts maintain there has been no evidence to suggest that pets can spread the infection.
As the situation evolves, it is always a good idea to wash your hands with soap before and after petting your pet.
Let’s be aware, informed and sensitive.
Stay safe and keep your pets safe too. 🙏
Sometimes in life, it’s not only about speaking, but also about listening. Had a great time at @ficciflojaipur, conversing and listening to some amazing people and some very inspiring children. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to be a part of this wonderful initiative😊🌞
Got my sunny side up ☀️
The next book for SBC was recommended by my dear friend, global icon and now fellow author, @priyankachopra, and if you tuned in to our recent conversation, you’d be able to guess which one it is!
It is a debut historical fiction novel by Ghanaian-American author Yaa Gyasi, and is about two sisters with very different destinies. It’s a commentary on family, the slave trade, and what it means to be a black woman in America today, and I can’t wait to begin reading it. Yes, the #SBCBookOfTheMonth is Homegoing by Yaa Gyasi, and I look forward to seeing you at the book discussion!

We’re a year old and it’s been a fantastic journey! It’s you guys who make it what it is and I thoroughly love bonding over books with YOU! Thank you so much for being a part of it, and I look forward to many more interactions! #SBCTurns1

Through all the ups and downs of the past year, being able to move forward into the new year is a blessing we must not take lightly. I hope the new year brings everything you wish for.
When the whole world stopped, the learning process didn’t.
Teachers are the pillars of our society and without them, we’ll collapse.
So let’s thank our teachers for all that they do because, in these trying times, they had to learn, unlearn, and relearn so much!
@byjus_app’s new film successfully captures the essence of being a teacher, especially in these difficult times. So make sure you watch it and share it with your friends, family, and all the teachers in your life!
#HappyTeachersDay in advance 😄

As a parent, I understand the importance (and struggles) of getting your child to read from an early age. Hence, I felt the need to include SBC Lil’ Ones as part of my book club, where we highlight age-appropriate books for your child to enjoy. We’ll be looking at some of these books in detail, but here’s a glimpse of what’s in store…. #SBCTurns1 #SBCLilOnes
BTW it so happens to be #WorldStorytellingDay!

On our playdate, my little niece Sirat and I had so much fun figuring out what’s inside the Cadbury DairyMilk Lickables… and we were in for quite a few surprises!
The dreamy creamy Cadbury Dairy Milk Chocolate with Oreo bits is just the beginning! Each pack also includes a super cute collectable!
But wait, there’s more! There’s also a really cool app to check out: the Cadbury PlayPad App! There is so much to discover, such as AR experiences, games, sketches to paint and draw in, and much more! This is where we welcomed our newcomer, Little Singham, to the playground!
If your children are curious learners who also want to have fun, Cadbury Lickables is for them! So get one right away! Don’t forget to download the @CadburyPlayPad App to have an amazing time through link in bio.
