Double Chocolate Cake
Butter 200 gms
Sugar 200 gms
Eggs 200 gms ( 4 eggs )
Flour 170 gms
Cocoa powder 30gms
Baking powder 4 gms
Salt 1 gms
Chocolate ganache
Dark chocolate 150 gms
Cream 125 ml
Method:
Cream the butter and brown sugar ,add the eggs one by one slowly and mix them .
Fold the dry ingredients – flour , cocoa powder, baking powder and slate .
Pour it in a greased cake mould and bake it at 180 degrees for 35 min .
Let the sponge cake cool . Then remove it form the mould and cut it in to two equal half .
Heat the cream and pour it over the chocolate . Let it sit for a min .
Now mix the chocolate and cream with a spatula for a smooth creamy texture.
Pour the ganache over the cake and finish the edges .
Chill it for an hour atleast in the fridge. Cut and taste the yumness yourself ππ.
