आज मैं आपके साथ बात करना चाहती हूँ कि Gujarat के अंदर जैसे Legal कागज़ात gujarati में होते हैं और महाराष्ट्र के अंदर जैसे Legal काग़ज़ात marathi में होते हैं बहुत अच्छा लगा यह देखकर कि Chandigarh के अंदर Legal काग़ज़ात की पहली भाषा English है न कि Punjabi।
ये मैं इसलिए कह रही हूँ क्योंकि मेरी पहली भाषा समझने की अंग्रेज़ी है और अगर मुझे मेरे Legal कागज़ात समझने है आसानी से तो मुझे उस भाषा में उन्हें पढ़ना होगा जो भाषा को मैं सही तरीक़े से जानती हूँ और fluently पढ़ सकती हूँ और वो भाषा है English।
साथ में मैंने Supreme Court का एक verdict देखा जहाँ पर कहा गया है कि civil dispute को criminal case का रंग नहीं देना चाहिए और जी police अफ़सर ऐसा करते हैं civil dispute को criminal case का रंग देते हैं उन police अफ़सर के ख़िलाफ़ कड़ी से कड़ी कार्रवाही होनी चाहिए। #payalrohatgi

आज मैं आपसे बात करना चाहती हूँ कि मैंने एक Legal बयान देखा जी livelaw.in ने share किया था जहाँ पर मुझे पता चला कि Supreme Court ने कहा है कि एक व्यक्ति अगर graduate बन जाता है तो उसके अंदर का backwardness ख़त्म नहीं होता इसलिए NEET कि admission merit best नहीं होंगे और OBC reservation की Validity वहाँ पर होगी।
अब इस पर मेरी सोच ये है कि Bharath ke अंदर जी भी बच्चा OBC/ST/SC से हैं उस बच्चे को free में आप पढ़ाए, education दीजिए मगर एक कक्षा से दूसरी कक्षा जाने के लिए उसे मेहनत करनी पड़ेगी। उसको ज़ो marks मिलते हैं और general category के बच्चे को जी marks मिलते हैं अगर वो दोनों के समान है तो दोनों को आगे की कक्षा में बढ़ाइए मगर SC/ST/OBC category के बच्चे को कम marks मिलने पर भी आगे कक्षा में बढ़ाना reservation के आधार पर ग़लत है क्योंकि आगे जाके वो एक ऐसा professional बनेगा जिसमें talent कम होगा क्योंकि उसने कम विद्या मैं अपना सफ़र पूरा किया है।
आगे जाके वो डॉक्टर बन सकता है, वकील बन सकता है और उन clients को ग़लत इलाज की सलाह दे सकता है क्योंकि उसके पास पूरी विद्या नहीं थी क्योंकि उसने कभी पूरी विद्या नहीं पायी और reservation के आधार पर वो आगे बढ़ता गया।
मेरे अनुसार माननीय Justice का सम्मान रखते हुए मेरी ये राय है की reservation medical college में admission के समय नहीं होनी चाहिए। वहाँ पर सभी छात्रों को अपने हुनर के अनुसार ही admission पानी चाहिए।#payalrohatgi
Bharat कि केंद्र सरकार ने Supreme court में कहा है कि उन्होंने किसी भी भारतीय नागरिकों covid vaccine लेने के लिए force नहीं किया। उनका कहना है कि नागरिकों को vaccine के side effects के बारे में बताने बाद vaccine दी गयी और उन्होंने कहीं से भी किसी भी तौर से लोगों को force नहीं किया।
ये आज के समय का सबसे बड़ा हास्यजनक बयान है जहाँ पर इतने नागरिकों की जान चली गई पहली और दूसरी लहर में क्योंकि राज्य सरकारों के पास उस तरह का infrastructure नहीं था लोगों को बचाने के लिए और केंद्र सरकार कहती है कि उन्होंने किसी को भी force नहीं किया vaccine लेने के लिए जबकि flights में चढ़ना, एक शहर से दूसरे शहर जाना, hotels में जाना movie hall में जाना सब कुछ आधारित था आपके vaccine certificate के ऊपर। #payalrohatgi

बात करते हैं कि actor Dileep के ऊपर जो actor assault case का आरोप लगाया गया है कि उन्होंने एक अभिनेत्री का शोषण कराया चलती हुई car में और उसे record किया वो case में अब ये पता चला है कि एक छठा आदमी था जो बहुत ही ज़्यादा अहम व्यक्ति था जिसने ये recording अभिनेता Dilip तक पहुँचाए। परंतु ये अहम व्यक्ति का नाम क्या है किसी को पता नहीं है।
Director BalChandrakumar जिसकी वजह से ये case दर्ज हुआ था उसने कहा था कि एक audio clip हैं actor Dilip के पास जहाँ पर police अफ़सरों को पर हमला करने का order दिया गया है अभिनेता Dileep द्वारा। अब इस audio clip की जाँच होगी। परंतु BalaChandra Kumar ने यह भी कहा कि उन्हें वो छठे व्यक्ति के बारे में पता नहीं है।
Actor Dileep का ये कहना है की police officer के pass audio clip है जिसका ग़लत इस्तेमाल हो सकता है इसलिए वो चाहते हैं कि वो audio clip को court police अफ़सर से लेकर अपनी custody में ले ले।
ये सारी इंफोर्मेशन case के ऊपर मत पढ़ रही थी इसलिए सोचा आप लोगों के साथ share करूँ 🙏 #payalrohatgi
