Savannah Chrisley Instagram – “You can look in the mirror and find a million things wrong with yourself. Or you can look in the mirror and think, ‘I feel good, I have my health, and I’m so blessed.’ That’s the way I choose to look at it.”
– Isla Fisher.

How has your start to 2022 been?

Instagram is a highlight reel for most…including myself. I bet you’re seeing people working out, getting promotions, super happy in their relationships, etc… That’s what the New Year is for right? Trying to make everything new and great! But…what if I told you that it’s ok to not start new? It’s ok to not completely transform yourself? It’s ok to embrace the YOU that YOU are now. Embrace the chaos. We can never truly heal until we feel…and feel oh so deeply!

How has my start to 2022 been? I’m not afraid to tell you…it’s been ROUGH! I’ve been sick…which as led to A LOT of alone time…which means I’m left with my own thoughts. There’s no running now. I have fear of failure. I have self doubt. I have insecurities. I have anxiety. I’m struggling to understand the world around me and why things happen the way that they do. But…this is when I choose to FEEL. Instead of living in the fairytale that, “ITS A BRAND NEW YEAR AND A BRAND NEW ME”…I’m choosing to live with ME. I’m digging DEEP into therapy and learning who I really am. What I want out of life. What my boundaries are. And most importantly…learning how to love ME…the ME that God created me to be. I look to the good Lord above for my strength and hope in tomorrow ❤️ I challenge you to love the YOU that YOU are TODAY! Don’t find a new you…help yourself LOVE YOU!
