Yes of course to all the air-fairy peace harmony sh*t that almost seems condescending in todays energy. (Keeping it real) A word I haven’t heard in a while is your “WILL” – that drive inside you that fights for freedom, for passion above all fights for love. The heart of a lion/ess is not just courageous, it’s driven by a vision that only the soul can see, only your soul can feel. . This is why lion/ess doesn’t play in the games of comparison or competition – their heart is aligned to something only they hunt for. And they certainly don’t play immature games of “who’s right, who’s wrong” as a means to hide behind a deep seeded need for approval. . They know the power of the pack, the value of unity. The pack is always protected from the hyenas or forces attempting to distort or destroy the foundation of their WILL – using Fear as a shaking stick to poke at subconscious programs of unworthiness. . Fear is the only killer of WILL. That drive, passion, f*king adrenal rush for something you can’t even put into words, something that has such a force within you that even your darkest “off” days don’t have a chance at destroying it. The enemy of freedom of choice may try it’s best to persuade, coarse, manipulate, lie or cheat…..but the one choice that can never be taken is your WILL. . Only you can give that up. And a true lion/ess heart does not give up their WILL. It might rest, it might retreat to reassess but surrender is not a reason in their mind. It holds true to themselves, while also their pack – a pack divided, the kingdom falls. . So trust what your heart tells you, as it is aligned to the WILL (solar plexus) of your higher self. Trust that courage is only a battle of the ego, waiting for your next breath. Be sure that when you speak, you speak from your heart. Patricia, the perfectionist – always over analyzing every f *ing detail, till I’m burnt. I love her for her level of excellence standards but sometimes, “B*tch, SIT DOWN!!!!!” . The Rebel version of me who will fight to all end, resisting what I really need to be doing to move the business forward. I love her for being the expert of independence to seek being different stand out from all the rest. She is my competitive advantage but sometimes, “B*tch, SIT DOWN!!!!!” . They were created out of reaction to pain, frustration. I had to align most importantly with my true self, HER! The one that stand above all other parts. My identity of success! The queen f*ing ring leader of them all. . This has been my repeated pattern by my second 6-figure career, I needed another way. A strategy that wasn’t rooted in taking action when something bad happens. . I needed to have a better relationship with myself so I could stay focused on my long-term mission the keep the momentum going strong. . That’s when I moved from stress-driven motivation into positively inspired. That’s when I stand stronger within myself flow was easy. Like being pulled into the future I envisioned. . P.S. Uuuuhg,” Burnout” – if you’re a 6-figure high achieving female entrepreneur, by now, than that word probably feels like it’s gonna be your epitaph. LoL! (*but not funny though) The real reason you’re burnt out is because your motivation has been driven by avoiding what we don’t want, comparison competition making decisions off worst case scenarios. Yes, those work to get you up off your ass to produce. Let’s keep it real. I’ve had my own. But that, sister is playing the short game. And the short game uses energy torching, fear-driven motivation. We should just call it burnout-driven because thats what you get. It’s not your fault – there is so much in the world that uses fear to get people to do something. But this “hustle, grind, go mode” is a survival pattern that’s rooted in a trauma response. You think you need to be DOING the next funnel, marketing strategy, vision calendar when it’s who you’re BEING – your “identity of success” that creates alignment with a long term mission. I am so sick of hearing people say, “Ok, I’ve heard of this reprogram my subconscious mind to become my best self….. but HOW” . We’ve all heard….. Reframe your mindset Do a tapping exercise Meditate more Those tools are all amazing will get you to a certain point. But what got you here, won’t get you there….. There will come a point in your business, if you’re not already at that plateau, where you have to switch what drives you advance in a different way to keep your momentum….. your health sanity. So while some say “New level, new devil” (worst phase ever said in entrepreneurial history imo) I say “Bigger goals, better shoes” You have to embody the part of you that f*ing OWNS IT! There was no one to say who was “woke” or not, there were no “followers” to determine how valid your spiritual experience was. No one was telling the “right” way or “wrong” way to do it. We were just IN IT, holding space for being with the stickiness of all your shadow self to bubble up to be seen so it could be loved, a full emersion into the lessons of becoming more aware of self, soul actualization. Fully present to all the light within you without judement, learning everyday through trial You don’t find your inner leader without going learning how to master loving all the parts of the ego .
