Shenaz Treasurywala Instagram – What qualities did I miss in the reel? What traits do you find attractive in a person? Here’s my list – 1. A man who has a purpose, who is driven and is motivated is very attractive to me 2.Attractivenes comes with a sense of humour 3. If he’s calm and patient, has no ego or anger – yummy I’m dropping my clothes!!! 😂 4. If he listens more than he speaks I want him! :)) 5. If he speaks in a low voice with a low volume, makes eye contact – uff! 6.A man who looks at the positives in every situation – so sexy! 7. If he’s well read and can talk about any subject under the sun, from arts to politics to useless trivia , if I’m learning something new from him – I want to take him home! 8.Attractive is humble and real and doesn’t feel the need to show off 9.Open and honest – but not brutally honest. Shenaz Treasurywala Instagram – 2022 didn’t start off well for many of us :) but January is almost over and I’m ready to start again This is how I intend give my mind a deep cleaning- 1. Being present This is easier said than done but i really want to be mindful and present in everything I do this year. By focusing on my breath Sensations Staying curious and checking what’s triggering me 2. Writing everything down really helps me. This is one page from my diary that I am sharing with you. Writing really helps me de clutter and it’s a form of Self Therapy for me Also when I write my feelings im getting them out of my head on the paper. 3. Sleep This year I really want to get better sleep Longer hours Deeper zzzz’s Now how do I do this? 4. Walking also helps me clean my mind. When my knee feels better I can run. 5. Keeping my home de cluttered and Minimalist helps me feel lighter too. I need to give a lot of clothes and furniture away!!! I’m rebooting my brain to start this year again!
