Sleep This year I really want to get better sleep Longer hours Deeper zzzz's Now how do I do this? 4. Walking also helps me clean my mind. When my knee feels better I can run. 5. Keeping my home de cluttered and Minimalist helps me feel lighter too. I need to give a lot of clothes and furniture away!!! I'm rebooting my brain to start this year again! Shenaz Treasurywala Instagram – Saturday night! What you doing? Who you doing?:)))

Curfew or Goa? 😅

So many insta posts with couples kissing on Saturday night – gives us this stupid message that without love, without a partner, you are nothing! 

I get so many DMs about how he or she didn’t call. How you’re alone on Saturday.

This is for all of you 💕 who have Saturday night blues 

1. Face the monstor of being alone and start enjoying it. Put on your favourite music and dance by yourself! 

2.Treat yourself!  Put on a beautiful robe. Pour yourself some bubbly. Wear a face mask.

3. Order in. And forget the diet!!

4. Plan a solo trip.

5. Go on a drive. Feel the wind in your hair.  And smile because you know what -you are your best partner 😜

3. Maldives of course but it’s so expensive
4. Thailand
5 Phillipines ( this I am going to go to this year as soon as we can travel abroad ) 
6. I can’t leave Goa out cause it’s home 
7. Mangalore looks stunning- I wanna visit this year.
