Brian K. Vaughan Instagram – Back when I was a temporarily unhoused freelance writer scrambling for comic work, my good friend @dan_kanemoto let me crash on the Ikea futon in his tiny Hell’s Kitchen studio apartment for a few months (!). These days, Dan is an award-winning animator, and he was kind enough to create this totally boss “vanity card” for my dumb production company Future Investigations (which you can also see if you successfully press about 15 buttons in time to not automatically skip the closing credits of Y: The Last Man). So many Easter eggs crammed into 48 frames! And sweet sound design by our genius pal Joe Pleiman.
