Lawrence Duran Instagram – Salsa Macha
1/2 onion
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1 cup peanuts
8 Chile molito
25 Chile de arbol
8 garlic cloves
2 cups avocado oil
1/4 cup vinegar
Salt to taste
The molito’s give this one a bit of a smoky flavor which is what I was going for but you can definitely play around with different chili’s, nuts and oils to make this your very own. So many options with this one… have fun with this and make it your own!
