Chicken Thigh Pie Filling
6 boneless skinless chicken thighs
6 slices of bacon
1 cup onion
1 cup carrots
1/2 cup celery
2 cups milk
1/3 cup AP flour
2 bay leaves
Bunch of thyme
S&P
1 tbsp Rotisserie chicken blend (@spiceology)
