can be made absolutely anywhere at any time.. this was made in a @markwahlberg_rv trailer on set in about 1 hour start to finish

2 lbs bone in beef short ribs
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup diced onion
1 cup diced carrots
1 cup diced celery
3 cloves minced garlic
2 tbsp tomato paste
2 cups red wine
28oz can crushed tomatoes
1 cup beef stock
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
2 bay leaves
1 tbsp fresh thyme
@spiceology Salt Pepper Garlic to taste
45 minutes in a pressure cooker
