44 days ago the team @rugbyindia promised to make this visit : it was wonderful to meet with Maj Gen ARS Kahlon (VSM) Commandant, ACC&S in Ahmednagar and his team. ACC&S is the @indianarmy.adgpi node for rugby and here we are with the Officer In Charge, Army Rugby Node, Lt. Col Bharat Pannu, on their massive rugby field, discussing how we can expand the presence and participation of the Indian Army in top level rugby in the country. @indianarmysoutherncommand
