Gurbani Judge Instagram – I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve heard these types of comments. They may have upset me for a bit but when I searched within, I realized the reason I lift isn’t to please someone and certainly not to live up to anyone else’s expectations – but my own. I lift because it makes me feel good, I have a drive to be better everyday. Want to know how you can lift yourself? By pushing yourself to look within, find what drives you, fuels you and then look for the right information. When I was questioned, I looked within, I searched for coaches and people who specialise in nutrition to guide me. I asked and found all the answers I needed to be where I am, in my journey.
