Europe is spending billions of euros – monthly – on coal, gas and oil from Russia.
Belgium alone spent more than 3500 million euros in 2021.
This system of fossil fuels our politicians keep defending is exploiting people, exploiting the planet and has caused conflicts around the world for years on end.
Most big conflicts are just people competing over resources – and through that – destroying the ecosystems that keep us alive.
If there’s any time to start changing this system, it is now.
More money for renewables, less money for war.
