“Mom, they didn’t let me into school today. They said girls are not allowed in school,” said this heartbroken secondary school girl today after she was turned away from entering school. After seven months of uncertainty, teenage girls across the country had been anxiously awaiting the reopening of schools, only to be turned back from the schools’ doors and further denied their right to education.
