Angie Scarth-Johnson Instagram – 2 days ago I ran via the app in the wings for life world run! Every year the @redbull team join together with thousands of people and the @wflworldrun foundation from all around the world to run and raise money for spinal cord injury research! Although I’m an absolute horrible runner (with horrible hip problems😂) I tried my best and to my surprise I really enjoyed running and listening through the app along with the other runners. Yes I only did 5k but hey, not bad for a rock climber in this heat maybe ?😂 🤷🏻‍♀️ next year I’ll try 10k!
