To finish off that perfect Valentines Day meal I posted earlier this week make an easy (but very messy 🤪) Strawberry Shortcake shaped like hearts for dessert. This comes together in 30 minutes or less and is insanely delicious. Full disclosure though the biscuits won’t always stay in the perfect shape of hearts after you cut them because they are my homemade recipe and are buttery and crumbly. If you wanna save yourself the trouble and make sure the hearts stay in tact just use store bought biscuits and a heart shaped cookie cutter. No one will know, nor will they care because it’s the sweet gesture that counts and they will be just as delicious I’m sure. The one thing I wouldn’t change though is the homemade whipped cream. It is so easy and literally makes all the difference. Also, full disclosure on this one as well…go ahead a use a hand mixer to get it to the perfect consistency otherwise your arm will go numb and may fall off😝💪🏻.
